My Role

I was responsible for handling Raymond’s social media marketing and website management. My role involved curating visually appealing and strategically aligned content that reflected the brand’s luxury appeal while maintaining engagement with a younger audience. Additionally, I worked on optimizing the website for better user experience and driving traffic through digital campaigns.

The Challenge

One of the major challenges while managing Raymond’s digital presence was maintaining the balance between its rich heritage and the evolving preferences of the modern, younger audience. The brand’s classic and premium image had to be carefully merged with a contemporary digital tone to ensure relevance without losing its authenticity. Additionally, the menswear segment is highly competitive, with new-age D2C brands offering trendier collections at lower price points, making it difficult to sustain engagement and differentiate the brand’s digital voice. Website optimization also posed hurdles initially, as slower load times and complex navigation affected user experience and conversion rates. Moreover, the approval process within such an established brand involved multiple stakeholders, which sometimes delayed content publishing and limited creative experimentation.

Conclusion

Despite the challenges, the campaign successfully strengthened Raymond’s digital presence. Engagement rates improved, website performance became smoother, and customer interactions increased across platforms.
